Returns
We only accept returns in the following situations:
- We recommended a size that turned out to be incorrect for you, or
- We sent you the wrong size from what you ordered
In either of these cases, we will cover the cost of return delivery.
Outside of these situations, we do not accept returns — please check sizing carefully before placing your order, and reach out to us if you're unsure which size to choose.
Condition of returned items
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused in any way
- Unwashed
- Free of perfume, cologne, or any scent
- Returned with the original tag and packaing still attached
Items that show signs of wear, washing, scent, or a removed tag will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are handled as an exchange only — we'll replace the item with the correct size at no extra cost to you.
How to request a return or exchange
- Contact us within 1 day (24 Hours) of receiving your order at +233533260049 (wa.me/233533260049) via whatsapp.
- Let us know your order number and the sizing issue.
- We'll confirm whether it qualifies and arrange collection or drop-off for the return.
- Once we receive the item back and confirm it meets the conditions above, we'll send out the correct size.
